o/t, the split ep by wanda group and hav lyfe (aka wanda group aka dem hunger?) effortlessly proves that hypnagogic pop is not your average disposable hyped genre. the two tracks of this ep draw on ambient, glitch and kosmiche musik without falling into any of those categories per se.

i’m inclined to regard this sound, or rather, approach as a new level of freedom of speech in terms of musical expression.
