lovebox is the follow-up to last year’s emptying models ep and the first album proper by seeds in helmet. whereas three out of the ep’s four tracks were instrumental, vocals play central role here. cracks, clicks, pops, quasi-melodies and extremely sparse beats form a bleak, vast space for them, in which they sound somewhat sacred and ultimately abandoned.
